Orders are processed and shipped from Boulder, Colorado typically 3-5 days after being placed. It’s just me and my kids packing your orders with love so it may take longer to fulfill your order as we navigate unforeseen delays like illness and kid emergencies. Thank you for your patience and understanding. United States: We're so excited to offer FREE shipping in the continental U.S. for orders over $100. All other orders are charged a flat rate of $7.95.

International: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. Hopefully as we grow we can expand our shipping options.
 
Always Up is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We cannot reroute any packages once shipped. Please submit a safe address and communicate with your carriers about deliveries. If your tracking info says “in transit” but is taking longer than expected, all we can do is wait. Once the package shows as delivered we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers or process claims.

Returns may take up to 14 days to arrive at our facility, be inspected, and processed, please note it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.  

If you would like to exchange for a different size, please email us for a return, send the product back and then order the correct size. We will refund the original order.

We offer returns on unused, unwashed, and undamaged items. Returns requested and received within 20 days of receipt of your order are eligible for refund.
